ORDERING SHIPPING DELIVERY

orders made before 3pm are sent same day, after 3pm - next day

orders are sent using Royal Mail and usual delivery times are

UK - 1-2 days Europe - 4-5 days US - 5-7 working days

UK orders - are sent 1st class 'signed for'

International orders - including US AU NZ CA and EU - are sent by tracked airmail

current rates are UK - £3.90 EU - £11.90 Rest of the World (inc US, AU, CA) - £16.90

EU postage + 8.00 (total £11.90)

US CA AU NZ + 13.00 (total £16.90)

Payment is processed securely through PayPal

You can also order by sending the order details with a postal order to -

As there is no clearing time for postal orders your order will be sent out same day as received.

Please add £3.90 for UK p&p.

RETURNS

We are happy to provide a returns service for our customers, however, the following terms apply:

Goods must be returned within 10 days. The customer is responsible for all postage and packaging charges

The goods must be returned unused, tagged, with all original packaging and in a saleable condition.
